Mission Statement
Our mission is to affirm and promote the Church's educational mission: community,
service and worship
by providing multiple opportunities for people of all ages to deepen their knowledge and understanding of the Catholic faith.
Major Responsibilities
The commission's work is the following: |

Planning - To establish
educational goals and objectives.

Policy Making - To
formulate, evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the
parish's educational policies.

Appointing and Appraisal - To give the pastor input for the Director of Religious Education.

Budgeting - To review and recommend to the Pastoral Council the educational budget and its best use.

Meetings
The Faith Formation Commission meets quarterly (August, October,
February, May) at St. Augustine on the 3rd Tuesday of the Month at 6:00
pm.
Membership
The voting membership of the commission is comprised of persons who are elected by the registered members of the parish. Members of the board serve 3-year terms.
Eligibility
Any practicing Catholic, age 21 or older and who is a registered parishioner is eligible to serve.
