First Communion Retreat

The children of the Catholic Community of Jeffersonville's CFF program and Sacred Heart School participated in a retreat in preparation for celebration their First Holy Communion.

The children made bread to take home and share with their families, and a blessing cup. The retreats are an opportunity for the children to explore the sacrament and its meaning with a parent or other adult they care about. It also provides parents an opportunity to share the experience with their child.
